Refund & Return Policy
1. Product Information
At Gio Naturals, we proudly offer premium-quality natural and organic products.
All items comply with legal standards, including VAT and tax regulations in
Bangladesh. While we strive for accuracy in product descriptions, actual items may
differ slightly from images due to screen variations.

3. Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Fee Structure & Advance Payment Policy
At Gio Naturals, we maintain transparency in our delivery and payment processes.
Our COD fee structure and advance payment requirements are as follows:
Inside Dhaka:
Base COD Fee: ৳80
Additional Charge: ৳20 per additional kg
Outside Dhaka:
Base COD Fee: ৳130
Additional Charge: ৳30 per additional kg
Advance Payment Requirement for COD Orders:
To confirm high-value orders and reduce failed deliveries, the following advance
payment must be made:

The advance must be paid via our official
Bkash number: 01318201231 (Payment) before
dispatch. The remaining amount is payable in cash upon delivery.
4. Delivery Policy
We deliver all over Bangladesh
Dhaka: 1–2 working days | Delivery Charge: ৳90
Outside Dhaka: 2–3 working days | Delivery Charge: ৳150
*Special delivery offers or discounts may be announced on our official platforms.
5. Customer Support
Our customer care team is available from
9 AM to 9 PM every day to address your questions
or complaints. We aim for prompt, transparent, and helpful service.
7. Refund Policy
If a refund is applicable:
It will be processed within 2–3 working days of
approval.
Updates will be communicated within
7–10 working days.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Delivery, service, and a 1.85% processing fee will be deducted.
8. Errors & Corrections
Despite our best efforts, product details, pricing, or stock availability may
occasionally be incorrect. Gio Naturals reserves the right to amend any such
errors at any time—even after an order is placed.
9. Legal Notice
All website content is for personal use only. Unauthorized commercial use,
reproduction, or distribution may lead to legal consequences. Gio Naturals is not
liable for fraudulent or unauthorized transactions. Prices may be updated based on
legal/tax changes even after your order.
